We require a 50% deposit to place your reservation. You will have up until a month in advance to cancel and receive a full refund (minus an administration fee). After that we will not be offering a refund, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, as much as sickness and wildfires/smoke are out of your control, they are also out of our control and as a small business we are not able to absorb such losses if we are wanting to be around year after year. However, if we are required to close our business or a travel ban is in effect on the day of your arrival or anytime during your stay, you will receive a full refund of your deposit at that time.
